There has been alot of information circling the internet about no longer needing to form 4 suppressors, SBS, and SBR'S.
This map is the most current map that we were given to show what states would be able to allow this transfer using a 4473, instead of a form 4.
Most FFL's are waiting for more guidance from the ATF. One that is being audited right now was told business as usual until we get more instruction.
Even with all that being said, it does not cover everyone.
Two of the groups covered are SilencerShop customers, and GOA members..
As you can see PA is an NFA state so even by state law we will be required to form 4 them to individuals, until further notice.
