Main Point Books is an independent general interest, community-oriented bookstore located in the heart of Wayne, PA. We have a hand-picked collection of literary fiction, popular fiction, biography/memoir, history and children’s books with a focus on local authors. Our goal at Main Point Books is simple -- everyone should walk out of the store with a great book, but not necessarily the one they we

re looking for. We offer a full schedule of author events, poetry readings, story times, book groups and special programs for all ages.

We are so excited to announce that Vaughn Lachenauer has won the Joe Drabyak Handseller of the Year Award, presented by our regional bookselling association, !

Over the past four years, Vaughn has become an invaluable part of our store through their incredible handselling, thoughtful recommendations, and breathtaking graphics. Reading an astounding 120–130 books a year, Vaughn’s shelf talkers and book picks have developed a devoted following among our customers and have made them a favorite of publishers.

Main Point Books, Radnor Memorial Library and Radnor Historical Society invite you to special event to tell the story of women pilots in WWII! Author Becky Aikman will share her new book “Spitfires: The American Women Who Flew in the Face of Danger in WWII.” She’ll be joined by special guest Olivia Campbell.

This event will happen in the Winsor Room at Radnor Memorial Library. RSVPS are requested. Books can be purchased at registration or at the event.
