First complaint in 13 years of doing holsters.
I made a mistake and accidentally damaged a customer’s optic. The damage was minor in my opinion but nevertheless, it was not returned in the same condition in which I received it. That’s on me.
I ended up purchasing a replacement optic for this customer which cost just shy of $800. I now have a blemished Trijicon RMR HD optic for sale for anyone in need as I don’t need it but wanted to make things right despite how this customer spoke to me and said he did not trust me and called me unprofessional. If any of you feel this same way, please let me know. I’ve always prided myself as being professional and trustworthy. I was blown away by his statements but he is entitled to his opinion.

Sadly, due to having gone through this, I considered no longer using customer’s fi****ms for making holsters however that is one thing I’m not willing to give up due to so many of you needing my services and I’m not going to let one (former) customer ruin it for everyone else.
In order to protect myself, moving forward, I will be requiring that a waiver be signed before any work will be performed on a firearm stating that the possibility of blemishes / residue / wear marks occurring during the holster manufacturing process exists. I take every precaution possible to avoid it but I’m not perfect.
I hope this will not discourage anyone from purchasing a holster from me but understand if you’re not willing to take the risk.
Thanks for your continued support and patronage. I look forward to continuing to provide my assistance wherever needed.
