The federal h**p ban just got a 30 day delay. It's not the 2 year extension we were hoping for, but we'll take it.

Now, the federal h**p ban that will force us to close our doors, will begin December 11, 2026.

What's next for Wisconsin?

We need our lawmakers to begin working together post-election - Red and Blue - to put a proactive, strategic plan together that would allow Wisconsin to execute an emergency executive order the day Wisconsin lawmakers return to work next year.

Let's not wait until January 4, 2027 to begin these conversations, Wisconsin. We have waited long enough. We deserve legal, safe access to cannabis and it starts with a current and incoming administration working together in NOVEMBER of 2026. It's time to do what is right for Wisconsin. We protect kids by regulating products, not PROHIBITION. This is far too large of an economic and healthcare issue to wait.

Saving h**p in Wisconsin isn't a red issue or a blue issue, it's a green issue!

Thank you to Kelly's Greens for continuing to advocate for Wisconsin's h**p industry and the products that provide relief and improve quality of life for so many Wisconsinites.

The stakes are high right now. Without legislative action before November, Wisconsin risks losing more than **3,500 jobs**, **275 family farms**, and a **$7 million industry** that supports local businesses, entrepreneurs, and rural communities.

Small businesses deserve a stable regulatory framework. It's time for the Legislature to **restore the legal, regulated h**p market in Wisconsin.**
