We are thrilled to announce a one-of-a-kind Farm to Table dinner in collaboration with our friends at Gray Farms!

Christopher and I believe the best things happen when our community comes together, and we are always honored to partner with the local businesses and farmers who make this place so special. As always, our menu is carefully curated around local and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and shared around one beautiful table. But only after an in depth tour of the farm, bringing you in harmony with the very ingredients that were freshly harvested for your plate.

This is an intimate gathering, with seating limited to just 20 guests, so this is truly an evening you will not want to miss.

Angelina here, I am guilty of prioritizing what needs to be done over “recording content” on numerous occasions. Handling food, I am no nonsense about touching my phone so that usually means I either have to wait for a break to check my phone or rely on the kindness of other shutterbugs to snap pics. Yesterday, I had no break 😂 and what a blessing that was! So huge thanks to Tracie from the Robert and Holly Rice's Beef and Pork crew for sharing her snaps!

What a day! We had fun grilling up some fresh corn tortillas and breakfast tacos, talkin’ with everyone who came by Gray Farms for the Farm Stand pop-up, selling out of and making a special order of Just Bites!! (how awesome!), our garden snake has grown out of its former self, and we had another fun walk with Watseka Walks.

Suffice it to say, we are zonked, but exhilarated for the week ahead.

Check out our Just Bites. Christopher needed some energy bites to keep himself fueled but not crashing an hour later. These little nuggets are packed with plant-based goodness! We’re talking h**p seeds, crushed walnuts, almonds, Inca berries, dates, and holy basil. These will be available TOMORROW at Gray Farms Farm Stand pop-up! 👩🏾‍🌾

Did you know dates are a great snack for energy and that the fiber in them helps slow down sugar absorption, preventing those sugar peaks and crashes? With the added nuts and seeds, that added fat helps slow down digestion even more given you more of a slow-drip energy source. Great for pre & post workouts, or as a snack to keep you fueled through a busy day!

Catch us again this Saturday at Gray Farms for another Farm Stand pop-up! Everyone was jazzed about the fresh made-to-order corn tortillas for breakfast tacos that it only makes sense to bring it back! We’ll be adding some new things to the menu this evening so stay tuned! 🍳

Crystal Gray will have a great organic vegetable lineup and some delicious baked treats as well!

It’s going to be another great morning so be sure to come out!
