Prepaid customer that have not migrated service to T-mobile have a hard deadline of May 30th for assistance in store. Customers that don't migrate are at risk for losing service and credits that may still be on their accounts.

Apple is aware of an issue some iPhone customers may be experiencing with activation lock after a recent software update. To resolve this issue, simply re-enter your icloud email and password to sign back in. If you don't know your password, or have trouble signing back in, contact Apple Support for assistance via the link provided.
