๐ ECOS Family Membership Store Update ๐
๐๐ Supporting our families with structure, dignity, and love
We are excited to share a few updates to the ECOS Family Membership Store Policy to make sure every member receives the best experience possible when shopping with us.
Hereโs what you need to know:
๐ Membership Access
All shoppers must be active ECOS members and show their membership card at each visit. Each member can shop up to three times using their monthly points before they will need to earn additional points through our workshops or volunteer opportunities.
๐ Point System
Points are added monthly and do not roll over. Please check in with our team so we can track your visits and keep everything accurate for you.
๐ค Respect & Community
We ask that all members treat our staff, volunteers, and other families with kindness. Items are first-come, first-served, and weโre committed to making sure everything is fair for everyone.
๐ Referrals & Support
If you need help with GED classes, employment, housing, mental health resources, or other services, our team will make sure your referral is documented properly so you receive the support you deserve.
๐ Our Goal
The ECOS Family Membership Store exists to uplift families, provide real resources, and make life just a little bit easier. Thank you for helping us keep the store organized, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.
