**It has come to my attention there is some confusion with pricing. Company’s who sell their products as hanging weight sell for cheaper per pound due to the hanging weight including bones and water weight. We sell by packaged weight meaning already dry aged and cut beef. So yes they sell for cheaper per pound but you will be paying for more total weight. It comes out that we average selling ours for around 100$ less per animal depending on the total weight of the animal.
