“Still” working my way through “A Secret History of Witches”. Took it on my Mother’s Day camping trip…. About a hundred pages in and loving it!

Sometimes I read a book in a day, sometimes it takes a few weeks. Books are amazing 🤩 but don’t let life pass you by just to hit some invisible deadline to impress others. I had a wonderful week of family, friends, s’mores, stars ✨, the river and so much more. Read a little and loved a lot. 💚💚

I have an announcement to make. That is extremely difficult for me. The Novel Nook will be closing permanently. Please know that there are things personally behind the scenes that have led to this decision. I know so many of you will want to help but just know the decision was made with care and all the information.

This past year has been one of the best! Our community has come together in so many ways for each other. From collecting for tornado victims, feeding kids, feeding the community, book clubs, support groups and so much more. I appreciate every one of you! 🫶🏽

March 29th will be the day. Yes, we will be have major sales leading up to the end. Yes, we will be selling off things like tables, chairs, bookcases etc. No, we will not be taking any more donations.
