New from Colombia! Copa de Oro 2025 1st place winner for all of southern Huila.

Several of our strongest connections in Colombia are with producers from southern Huila, specifically San Agustín. We are thrilled to offer another selection from the south by producer José Joaquin Bolaños.

It’s a washed Gesha with a really clean, open profile. Jasmine on the nose, then honeydew and white grape in the cup. It’s sweet, balanced, and layered without feeling heavy. Everything comes through clearly.

Lake Atitlán, Guatemala is home to the AProCafé Atitlán Growers Association, a cooperative of farmers who work together to produce specialty coffee. Our relationship with the association began in 2021 with long-time member, Lucinda Puac Pérez. We’ve purchased her Bourbon variety micro-lot every harvest since.

The association’s washed blend is now available on our menu. Made up primarily of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuaí, and Pache, it’s an easy-drinking, balanced cup with notes of soft citrus, red plum, and sweet brown sugar. Find it brewing on filter .

Copa de Oro selections from Huila, Colombia have landed. During our visit in November, we cupped coffees from producers all across the department. Two lots were selected: a Pink Bourbon from Diego Hoyos and a Gesha by José Joaquin Bolaños.

New year, new Gesha. Osman Rosado’s washed Gesha from Santa Bárbara, Honduras is a delicate and happy articulation of the celebrated variety. We taste blueberry tea, white florals, and caramel. There is a limited quantity of this coffee. Reserve yours with a pre-order today. Link in bio.

Osman Rosado is a fourth generation coffee farmer. He is the son of Balbina Sabillón, an excellent producer from whom we have sourced the same Parainema micro-lot from since 2019. Back in 2021, Balbina and Osman planted their first half-hectare of Gesha together. Last year, she sold the Gesha plot to him, making this harvest his first as the sole owner. We are honored to invest in Osman’s growth as a young producer.
