Connecting (current and prospective) landlords throughout Washington DC who provide subsidized housing (Section 8) in order to create a landlord thinktank and influence policy change This association was created to be your connection to other current and prospective landlords in the Washington, DC metro area with the purpose of informing members of past and present changes to the Housing Choice Voucher Program (section 8) and influencing future policy.
