AND….. back by popular demand will be coffee truck who has a special place in my ♥️ for their love of my home state Vermont! Make sure to add Vermont maple syrup to your drink!

CHOCOLATES OF BELGIUM. ELLE from Antwerp: pistachio orange blossom, speculaas coffee, yuzu limoncello, citroen cardamom. VAN HOOREBEKE from Ghent: pate de fruit (fruit paste) flavors of blood orange, black raspberry, passion fruit, apricot. MARY’S of Brussels (the Queen’s favorite chocolate shop): florentine biscuits which are crisp almond caramel lacy cookies coated with dark chocolate. DEDUYTSCHAEVER from Ghent (chocolatier of the year): very well roasted hazelnut praline caramel eggs. DE BURG from Bruges: melo-cakes which is a crisp biscuit cookie topped with marshmallow and enrobed in chocolate. ELISABETH from Brussels: rose & black pepper, thyme, caramel coconut, rosemary, caraibe (think tropical fruits), earl grey.

The Stroopwafel!!!
Cookie dough cooked for 45 seconds in a “wafel” press, carefully cut in half, then filled with warm caramel. I believe if you look up the definition of “addictive” you’ll find this cookie pictured.
I bought 48 of them (and will probably buy more!) to dip in chocolate and sell for my Mothers Day pop-up at on May 9th!!

Need some last minute Easter treats? I have a few bits of delicious whimsy available for pick up from my home in north Arlington. Available today thru Wednesday.
I forgot to include on my menu the Hot Cocoa Bombs ($12): 3” chocolate eggs filled with my cocoa mix, they’re super decadent! As well as my Peanut Butter Devilish Eggs ($14/set of 3) which are chocolate shells piped with peanut butter cream!
