Another painted plate. These are flaming torch flowers that I saw many years ago in Australia. So beautiful in person! I need to do more traveling for more inspiration.

Standard 266 clay with mayo white engobe, carved and then painted with Amaco velvet underglaze. Amaco cosmic tea dust sparkling on the rim and spectrum translucent.

Pink magnolias are one of my favorite signs of spring! This is another Stroke & Coat piece on green ware. It’s so hard to tell what the final colors will look like after firing, even with test tiles. Fingers crossed this one makes it through 🤞🪻🌷
