Let's talk affirmations!!

Affirmations are a super easy way to speak what you desire into existence.
When using affirmations you need little to no supplies. You can just say your affirmations or you can write them down in a notebook!
I personally find it more helpful to write them down, that way I can keep track of how things have changed.

"I am" statements are usually what I gravitate towards as I feel they hold the most power to bring things forward to me!

Let's talk about the current Moon Phase and the benefits of it!
The moon is currently in its Waning Crescent phase.
This phase is often used to release energies, people and situations that no longer serve you. You can also use this moon phase to release anger and pent up unwanted emotions.
