FYI - We will close early this evening at the Mercantile to support UCM Athletics at the Central Missouri UCM Athletics Auction. Open until 5:00 this evening.

We are open tomorrow from 9 am - 7pm.
And of course we open the doors over at Magnolia Market at 8 am to serve all your breakfast needs when you check out the Warrensburg Farmers' Market here in beautiful, historic downtown Warrensburg.

We could say over at but we now share the same building!
Come be part of this unique event here in beautiful, historic downtown Warrensburg.

We are so excited about our new space here on North Holden and all the new events we can now host.

And to that end, we want to let everyone know about our first installment in the monthly Magnolia Supper Clubs we will now host at Magnolia Market. Some of these will be pop ups we co host with local chefs while some will feature Teri and Lee behind the stove.

But first up is a trip to Germany with a menu created by Darin Williams of The Ram Stein.

We hope everyone is excited as us to see something a little different come to downtown Warrensburg.

August 12th we will transform Magnolia Market into a gasthaus with German music, cuisine, wine and beer. Please come out and support local.

Seating will be family style. A total of 30 seats are available for this event.

It's a gloomy start to the weekend. Perusing the new bookstore in town is the perfect way to spend a few hours to brighten it up.

Yup....we are finally open!!! Come check us out...

Oh, that little Mercantile is now on Holden Street as well and opens today too. Pardon the mess. We are still doing a little construction here and there but you can now see what we've been up to.

Warrrrrrrrrensburg!!! Let's Get Reeeeeaaaaaaaddddddyyyyyyyyyy toooooo........have a bookstore for adults!

Round 2

In addition to the call for those who want to trade in their used books for credit, we are now calling for local authors to join us here at Magnolia Manuscripts.

We have a special section set aside to feature all the local talent here in the Warrensburg area and can't wait to highlight their work.
Not only can Magnolia Manuscripts be a great platform to sell locally penned books, we will have multiple spaces for authors to host book signings and similar events right here in downtown Warrensburg. All above a coffee shop!

We will now accept local authors wanting to sell their work at Magnolia Manuscripts on a 20% commission basis with payouts on a monthly basis. Authors need to determine their own sale price and we will not be purchasing the books ourselves for resale.

For those of you interested please message us with information about your book or books, how many of each book you would like to put on our shelves so we can begin the process of getting your creation in front of a whole new audience.

Next round?..... sign ups for books clubs....coffee book clubs, wine book clubs, bourbon book clubs, literary debates and more- all right on the courthouse square.
