In less than 2 weeks you’ll find me and my work directly off the harbor walk in Belfast. I hope to see many familiar faces!

One of Midcoast Maine's most anticipated summer traditions returns to the Belfast waterfront later this month as Arts in the Park celebrates its 30th anniversary with a showcase of more than 100 Maine artists, live music, local food vendors and the scenic backdrop of Belfast Harbor.

Scenes from the Maine Fiber Frolic this morning. It’s not a good day for gardening or the beach, but it’s a perfect day for fiber hunting. Visit the many buildings on the grounds filled with start to finish fiber. Find me in the big yellow building this year.

While we’re waiting for the lilies to bloom, here’s a new collection of bags with a major pop of color and fun structured shapes. These hand felted merino clutches will debut next week at Stitch, a slow fashion event put on by where I’ll be participating in the vendors market. I’m looking forward to a fun evening of fashion in Portland!

Come for the fashion show featuring six amazing Maine designers, and stay for custom screen printing with Little Chair Printing, live chain stitching by Wet Day Fire, shopping handmade goods at the STITCH Style Market, and cocktails + mocktails from Cocktail Mary. Bring your favorite jacket, tote, or tee to get customized on-site, discover work from local artists and makers, and leave with something one-of-a-kind.

Most of our runway designers will have their work available at the Style Market, and they will be joined by ten more artisans working in jewelry, leather, custom hats, felted apparel, and curated home goods. Every ticket and every purchase helps support Maine’s creative future.
