2025 is almost over, and it’s time for some creative real talk:
What’s one thing you’re leaving behind as we step into 2026?
For me, it’s this:
1️⃣ Waiting for the “perfect” design
I’ve learned that perfect rarely shows up. But progress does. Some of my favorite pieces started as ideas I almost didn’t share.
2️⃣ Overthinking every little detail
Handmade doesn’t mean flawless. It means thoughtful, human, and made with care—and that’s the part people actually connect with.
3️⃣ Definitely not sharing my work sooner
The pieces that resonated most were the ones I almost kept to myself. Hitting “post” can be scary, but it’s also how connection happens.
Honestly? This year taught me that creating beats waiting every single time.
As we head into 2026, I’m choosing to make, share, and trust the process a little more—messy stitches and all.
Now your turn 💬
What are you leaving behind creatively this year? Drop it in the comments. Let’s step into the new year making things we love. 🧵✨
