At Full Throttle Cycles, we stand by the policies we’ve put in place because they protect every customer who trusts us with their bike.
We’ve always been clear about how important it is to pick up your bike at your scheduled appointment time. Our space is limited, and when bikes aren’t picked up on time, it creates delays for other riders who are counting on us to stay on schedule.
To help avoid that, we offer pick‑up and delivery services for your convenience.
We’ll always do our best to work with you — but we also have to keep things moving so no customer is impacted by someone else’s delay.
