My only problem was finding one that was made from organic ingredients without using essential oils. I have asthma so most anything with a forceful scent aggravates my breathing. That's when I decided to do some research and make my own. All of my scrubs are handmade to order using only organic food ingredients. No chemicals, soaps or essential oils. The heavenly scent you smell from these scrubs

comes from only spices and extracts. You can literally eat these scrubs and be just fine(although I wouldn't suggest it as they would probably make you gain weight). The Benefits of Homemade Sugar Scrub

Homemade sugar scrub is a natural way to soften, exfoliate and freshen up the skin.. Sugar has a fine texture that gently exfoliates the skin without leaving harmful residue that can clog pores. The oils in scrubs have moisturizing properties that prevents the skin from drying out. It is safe to use even on children’s sensitive skin and to soothe chapped lips.
