It's incredible how something that only takes ten minutes can set back a hive of bees tremendously.

Look at this incredible difference in color! The lighter honey on the right was our first harvest in early summer, and the darker honey was extracted Saturday. As the year goes on we'll see the honey become darker because of the plants available to the bees. The flavor is different too!
