Hey there- been a little while since I checked in over here. Summer is winding down, kids are heading back to school 🤞🏼 and I’ll be crankin away in the shop again. Finishing up a few that have been hanging from the ceiling for a little while now, and then on to a big push of builds, that you’ll be able to find locally. That should push me past the “200 nets built mark” by mid next month. Pretty cool to see where building a net to land carp, has gone in a few short years..

Pulled this piece of maple from the firewood pile to mill up and use for a handle. When I was shaping it, I uncovered quite a few wormholes, which my client and I decided to fill with turquoise. Quite happy that’s what we decided on, as this looks sweet! Her initials will be engraved on the side of the hoop by my fingertips, and filled with the same stone.
