Thankful and grateful 🙌🏻 We have waited a few weeks to see the effects of Winter Storm Fern to the trees at that farm.

After the disastrous polar vortex of 2022, we were told by specialists with Mississippi State University it would have been better if the trees had been insulated with ice to bear the cold temps…..and that seems to have held true in practice. These pictures are from the farm today.

We are relieved to say they seem relatively unharmed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those who have been affected by this extreme weather….don’t want to see that mess again for another 30 years! Hope the rest of 2026 calms down!

Merry Christmas to all! Pine Mountain Tree Farm will officially CLOSE for the 2025 season today at 5:00. We have had an amazing season and are thankful for each one who came and shared your Christmas time with us. The Lord has blessed. And we pray that when you are quietly looking at your tree each year, you also remember the tree that would be grown for our Savior to carry and be crucified on in the greatest act of love—the true Reason for the Season.

OXFORD, Miss. – It is the most wonderful time of the year for the University of Mississippi as the Rebels prepare to host their first College Football Playoff game, and a new addition to the Student Union Plaza is bringing a little extra holiday cheer.
