- Break down the death pile into smaller categories, such as clothing, books, electronics, etc. Sort the items by their condition, value, and demand. Focus on listing the items that are in good condition, have high value, and are in demand first.
- Create a dedicated space and time for listing your items. Make sure you have a clean and well-lit area where you can take photos, measure, and describe your items. Set a timer and commit to listing for a certain amount of time without distractions.
- Reward yourself for listing your items. Celebrate your progress and treat yourself to something you enjoy, such as a snack, a movie, or a hobby. Recognize that listing your items is a productive and profitable activity that will benefit you in the long run.
