The local produce season begins each year with asparagus - refreshing, vibrant, and the first taste of what living in Walla Walla is all about.⁠

We are sourcing both green and purple asparagus directly from Jimenez Farms - a multi-generational family farm growing asparagus just a few miles from The Mill.⁠
⁠
Each beautiful stem is hand-harvested as the sun rises in the sky before being brought straight to us - a true labor of love that depends on decades of knowledge and care.⁠
⁠
The purple variety is sweet and tender and the green variety is bold and crisp - both varieties compliment any Spring dish.⁠
