What a stinking battle today in that wind. Persistence paid off for Robert with the first Muskie in Jiggy‘s boat for the year. Of course this one was an incidental fish catch while chasing walleyes.

The walleye bite was good, but the boys had to switch up tactics from yesterday. They went from a 1/8 ounce to a 1/4 ounce jig and slip drifted while back trolling in the big Tiller. The key was getting the bait out ultra far away from the boat long lining while snap jigging with a shiner.
