BTW, if your UK-made sgian is marked ‘stainless’ that means only that the blade has been chrome-plated. If it’s actually stainless steel it must be marked ‘inox’ for inoxidable, which is French for ‘stainless steel’

‘Dark Winds’ is the best series I’ve seen all year. It’s currently available on AMC and well worth watching. Filmed on the Navajo Res, it is a good view of conditions there, not to mention a cracking mystery series
