🌟 CORE volunteer spotlight 🌟

You know someone is amazing when they make hard work look easy and bring professionalism, positivity, and a can-do attitude wherever they go!

Everyone please meet and say hello to Cathy, our very own core volunteer who has been with the Wake Forest restore for over 2 years and has donated more than 500 hours of her time to the mission 💙

Thrifty Thursday Restore friends 🧡

10/12/2026

There's something special about fall, the crisp air, warm colors, cozy dinners, and the simple joy of gathering around a table with people who make life meaningful.

For our staff and volunteers, this season is a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. Every donation sorted, every item rescued, every customer welcomed, and every hour volunteered helps support Habitats mission of building homes, communities, and hope!

Thrifty Thursday today restore friends 🧡

10/01/2026

Hey restore friends! We wanted to highlight one of our very own Habitat homebuyers who just started with us!

Welcome Jossalyn- she has been volunteering with us for a few days now to work towards getting into her new home!

While being here, she has really enjoyed working in our Christmas area- hanging ornaments, organizing and just keeping it neat and clean.

While Jossalyn isn't volunteering or working- she enjoys long nature walks and going to the trampoline park with her daughter!
So when you stop in. Be sure to say hi 👋
