Did some index racing this past weekend. Here’s a test hit for the 3.0 class. My son killed me on the tree and ran a perfect 3.000. I may have to give up racing and just wrench on his cars from now on. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Finally got to play toy cars. Haven’t really done any testing in about a month. Went to the Index Series race last night and did pretty good in the 3.0 index class. Now to work on the 2.5 index and my outlaw. Congrats to the other winners. Bruddah Jay Joseph in Outlaw and bruddah Devin in 2.5 index. Mahalo Unko Ryan for organizing and the Bautista Bros. for hooking it up with the timing system. Good to see all the racers and the “other guys” too!!! Lol. Til the next one 🤙🏾

So we’ve been doing a little thing lately. No Prep RC Drag Racing. Running a Team Associated DR10 stock shocks, stock trans, 81/26 gearing, Proline Hoosiers, Maclan DRK and a Trinity 5.0T Drag Master. Fastest pass to date. Gonna dive deeper into the tuning software to get fassssser!!!

The Boss got me a new toy. This Mini-B is pretty damn cool. Electronics are okay. Comes with a 2-in-1 esc/rx, a 280 motor and a 2s lipo. I’ve already sourced a cheap 35a esc/ 7200kv motor brushless combo. Swapped in an SRX200 receiver to use a STX2. Gonna run it like this for a while and see what else needs upgrading.
