We had this rad 5th gen 4-Runner come in for some awesome add-ons and some proper trail armor. This is phase 2 for this 4-Runner so stay tuned for what it gets next!

Cody came to us with a 2025 F-250 Super Duty Lariat to purchase a new camper and have us build the truck to carry it confidently.

We started with the suspension — Carli Pintop system with fabricated radius arms, torsion sway bar, and XHD leaf pack rated for constant camper load. Hellwig rear sway bar to keep things flat on the highway. Carli Trophy Hitch so a 37” spare still fits in the factory location.
Wheels and tires are Nomad Sahara 503SBs in satin black with 37” Toyo Open Country AT3s. Transfer Flow 58-gallon midship tank because range matters when you’re off the grid. ARB twin air compressor mounted under the seat for airing up and down without pulling out a portable. Wolfbox tri-cam rearview mirror for visibility with the camper on.

On the camper side we added a Starlink Mini permanent roof mount and a REDARC 180W solar panel on the Yakima tracks. The camper is a rollover couch model, with the basics, nothing too fancy but just enough. No under bed storage, but still has a furnace and water heater. Single lithium battery and some exterior LED lighting.

The shop and showroom will be closed May 9th - 16th while and the whole Basil’s Garage team take some time to travel through Arizona on the way to Overland Expo Flagstaff!

We’re stoked to get the team out to use the rigs we spend so much time building. We’ll have to do a little post on everyone’s setups because there’s some seriously cool rigs headed on the trip!

Another Ford Super Duty just rolled out of the shop!

This customer came to us to transfer their Four Wheel Camper Granby from an older Ford to this newer one. They had us build the truck to carry the Camper's weight and make it perform better on and off-road. We also installed a new Summit expedition truck's flatbed to be able to accommodate that camper on the back.
