Chest Rig for a G***k 20 10mm. Two-tone dye. Extra magazine carrier, which can be mounted on any strap or belt up to 2". Old school leather thong for retention. Magazine carrier is setup with old school button clasp. Straps are highly adjustable to allow for extra clothing. Holster is fully goatskin lined. Custom designed and fitted to this G***k 20. Side strap comes completely apart for ease of installation - strap adjusts and locks through a double ring. All hand-punched and sewn with strong h**p thread.
We did a fitting for initial measurements, because this customer is very, very large, and I didn't want to cut straps that were too short. The pistol was with me for a few days while the holster was cut and fitted. We did another fitting, once the holster was complete, to set the final strap length. Then, it took a couple days to do final cuts, dye, and finish the rig.
This customer wanted function. He will be wearing this rig for outside work and for hunting. Also requested a hand-carved Masonic symbol, which was done freehand.
