“Autumn reminds us that endings can be just as beautiful as beginnings.”
When I decided to walk away from corporate America, I was wide open and determined to build something I truly loved — creating. Creating apparel, designs, and even helping other small business owners bring their ideas to life.
When I launched Still Co. full time last September I envisioned a top-notch printing and apparel company right out the gate — and honestly, it was! In my first six months full-time, I brought in more income than I ever imagined. The support was incredible. I built a great reputation, got so many referrals I could hardly keep up, and by the following May, I went viral on TikTok.
But that success came with a cost. Between maintaining equipment, fulfilling viral demand, and trying to balance regular business operations ,and home life, I found myself physically, spiritually, and emotionally drained. I realized I had only taken one or two full days off since starting. Our home, my personal life took a backseat — and I’m finally ready to slow down and breathe.
So, Still Co. will be closed during fall break for a much-needed rest and reset.
While I plan to truly rest, my mind is already dreaming up ways to rebrand and refresh Still Co. into something even more aligned with what I love.
