Whew! What a great week!!
Linda and I (Jess) are on our way home from Nashville. We had a wonderful time with SVP at the Global Sewing Summit. We are so thankful for the staff and those that helped put on such a wonderful conference. It was truly amazing! 🤩
Here’s some highlights of our time spent with SVP. 🙂

We have an upcoming class that you don’t want to miss!
We will cover finding the most flattering lengths, how to mark hems, and how to sew the hem in pants for a professional-looking finish. We will also cover how to distress jean hems so they look like the original factory hem.
The cost of the class includes your class kit, use of our pfaff sewing machines, and lunch. You will need to bring a good sharp scissors, a seam ripper, measuring tape, seam gauge, pins, and tailors chalk.

Hello & happy Tuesday! We hope you all had a great weekend. We’re happy to be back in the store & busy working.
I wanted to take some time to introduce myself.
👋🏼 My name is Jess. I’m the daughter-in-law to Linda, the store owner. I am VERY new to sewing & have been dipping my toe into the world of sewing.
I started working part-time at the store in December 2025. I do most of the social media posts & graphics for the website. When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing chauffeur for my 3 kids or at home listening to an audiobook while cooking or cleaning.
