Though things have changed here & there along the way, through Covid and all, the good Lord has made sure to continue to bring a way for these women to fellowship, worship, and work together. Pray for Uganda 🤍 Since learning of the terrorist attacks early this morning I have been at a loss for words. The sadness is consuming. Thankfully all our ladies & friends in Uganda are safe from those we’ve connected with today. But that’s not the case for many. The bodies you see being shuffled around and injuries you won’t ever be able to unsee in your mind are real for the Ugandan citizens. The pictures & videos they have sent me today are devastating, my heart aches.
Pray for those affected by these senseless acts, for peace & rest to come back to this beautiful country & for healing for those so terribly injured 🙏🏼

Although this past year has looked different in Uganda because of Covid, it’s such a blessing that these women could continue to gather after a short time apart. The friendships & testimonies that are shared within this group will move you to the core. What God did when he brought this non-profit together 6 years ago is truly incredible & life-changing for hundreds of women in Uganda and the American souls that are touched by their handcrafted pieces & stories, making Two for ONE Purpose. 🎁 🥳 🎂

2020 was tough for everyone but when you think about living in a remote place many many miles from a city with no means of transportation you start wondering how you are going to get food, cooking supplies, propane for cooking, & all the essential items to care for your children. Just this week 75 women received rice, soap, sugar, matchboxes, salt and other supplies. Each family received around one month’s salary in these supplies thanks to your donation support & product purchases online. On a holiday (Thanksgiving) that isn’t even celebrated in Uganda we received many voice messages and pictures of our women thanking YOU for the recent contributions they just received. This Mother’s Day is going to look a little different for our Founder. She had her first baby a month ago and is loving this new world as a mama! Baby girl has already been reading all the books learning about culture in Uganda and has heard all about her big family over there! She can’t wait to get to Uganda to be loved on by all the ladies of Two for One Purpose who ask for pictures every day 🥰

This is a beautiful picture of what your giving has done, meeting the needs of our women in a very practical way in a matter of 24 hours. Your contributions Tuesday were sent yesterday and today the women of Two for ONE Purpose had the supplies of soap, sugar, salt, etc delivered to their homes.

The ladies sent words of deep gratitude for your help during this global pandemic. In a time where these essential items haven’t been available in their village they were able to be unexpectedly blessed by them thanks to your help!

We plan to continue to send more as the lockdown continues so it’s not too late to give! THANK YOU!

The gov’t protocols of COVID-19 in Uganda have kept our women & their families from getting their hands on the few daily requirements used each day. For many, they have been able to grow crops in their gardens as their family’s source of food. However, the essentials like soap, sugar, kerosene, etc have been impossible to find in our little village.

We are gathering a financial collection in order to purchase & have these supplies distributed to our women asap. On this , please consider donating $10 to the link in bio to provide for the families we work alongside during this global pandemic. Today is a global day of unity & giving!
