I am learning so much about nervous system regulation, including sitting with my feelings, naming them, and honoring them. AND teaching my children the same. It has been so beautiful for us to name our emotions and express them in healthy and whole ways. It’s definitely a process and takes time, patience and do-overs.

hello hello, if you are in need of refill products please reach out directly to me, as has closed for business, unexpectedly. while they sort out the future of the store front, i will set up a refill desk at home with drop-in hours or by appointment, and all other products will be moved to my online store (link in bio).
it’s a hard time for small businesses across the country, and this ethically focused retail pop up has been a pleasure to operate for the past (nearly) two years. i am uncertain if Edi & Wil is going to continue on publicly, or if i will adjust to pop-up only.
