This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

Hawthorn will be open today from 11 AM – 6 PM. Restaurant, theatre, and department store hours may vary.

Starting tomorrow, stop by Hawthorn to view a special display honoring this year’s Vernon Hills Veterans Banner Program honorees. Each year, the Village partners with American Legion Vernon Post 1247 to recognize local veterans and active service members through commemorative banners displayed on light poles throughout Vernon Hills. This year, the program is extended at Hawthorn with an in-center display celebrating and honoring the 2026 honorees.

Join us in recognizing and celebrating the heroes in our community this Memorial Day.

Hawthorn is launching our Next Gen Market, a special event featuring kid entrepreneurs showcasing their talents, hobbies, and small businesses — and we’re looking for Kid Boss vendors to participate!

Does your child have a creative hobby, craft, or small business they’d love to share? Or do you know a young entrepreneur who would be perfect for this event? We want to hear from you!
