Get ready, Hamilton. LaGreca's Meat Market opens to the public on Thursday, June 18th!

Upscale and old-school, we're here just in time for all your summer BBQs, picnics, and family gatherings!

This space is inspired by a market our family owned in Hamilton generations ago called the L&M Market, short for LaGreca & Mirabito.

LaGreca's will have a full-scale butcher counter offering a variety of beef, poultry, and pork; a deli case featuring RBQ-style deli meats, sides, cheese, and hot items by the pound; a dedicated seafood counter with standing items and special orders available - and more!

While LaGreca’s won’t be a full-scale sandwich shop, we will offer sandwiches to go along with other unique items we think you’re going to love.

As we acclimate to the new space, we think it's important to hear from you, our customers. We'd love to know what specialty items you'd like to see. Our offerings will change over time as we adjust to the market, so we thank you in advance for your patience and we look forward to hearing from you.

Thursday 10 am to 6 pm
Friday 10 am to 6 pm

Corporate Steak Night - June Results
Next Date is July 2nd

What a great evening at our June monthly Corporate Steak Night! We welcomed 75 shooters along with a large group of dinner guests for an outstanding night at Vernon National.

Thank you to the many participants that preregistered this time - this is very helpful in many ways.

The weather couldn't have been better, providing perfect conditions for some great shooting and friendly competition. After the shooting wrapped up, everyone enjoyed a delicious steak dinner and great company.

Pre-Register and WIN - Corporate Steak Night This Thursday June 4th

For this week's corporate steak night, one lucky winner who preregisters before 10am Thursday will win a free 100 target entry into one of the next Corporate Steak Nights. That is a $90 prize just for pre-registering and attending this week's shoot.

Signing up on Score Chaser is the preferred method, we will be happy to show you how that site works. Feel free to text, call, email, message or send a carrier pigeon to Jason or Darcy to register! Your help with this for all events will truly be appreciated, especially by Larry trying to feed everyone!

The NY State Championship is less than 2 months away, and the excitement is building fast! We’ve already matched last year’s participant count and can’t wait to see how much the event grows this year.

Rifle & Pistol Range Updates

At Vernon National Shooting Preserve, we’re always working to improve the experience for our members and guests — and we’re excited to showcase the latest upgrades to our Rifle & Pistol Ranges!

Our rifle range has seen major improvements, including brand-new steel targets, target frames and the addition of a new 600-yard berm. Shooters can now enjoy target berms at 50 yards and every 100 yards all the way out to 600, making it a great setup for everything from sighting in, to long-range shooting.

The pistol range is looking great with several target setup at 15 yards, along with steel targets extending out to 100 yards for added versatility and fun. This summer we will work towards completing the Pistol Walking Trail too.

A huge thank you goes out to Jared for all of his hard work and dedication in making these updates happen. We’d also like to give special thanks to Dan Vaillancourt for the countless hours and energy he put into building new target frames and helping complete the new 600-yard berm.

We’re proud of how these ranges have come together and look forward to seeing everyone out enjoying them this season!
