This is my “Weekly Plan” from Meta. To “finish” it I need:

Publish 28 stories on Instagram - I’m at 22/28
Publish 43 stories on Facebook - I’m at 24/43
Publish 19 posts on Facebook - 12/19
Publish 10 posts on Instagram - 0/10
Publish one ad - 0/1

That’s 71 stories + 29 posts + 1 ad = 101 pieces of content in 7 days.

I own Ethereal by L*z. I sell coffee, tea, candles, incense, jewelry and gifts. I’m a businesswoman. I pay for fb ads that usually don’t convert.

If I hit these numbers I risk getting flagged for spam.

If I miss them I get red warnings saying I’m failing.

The worst part? I feel like I’m flooding people’s feeds just to chase these goals. Like I’m begging for attention when I’m actually just trying to keep up with what the platform demands. It’s embarrassing. I’m burned out.
