What a great evening! Great wine! Thank you Richard Venice Wine and Coffee Company for choosing the perfect wines for the evening! Both were a hit.
Fantastic crowd! Thank you to our local community and those that traveled from a far just for the event. It was a pleasure speaking to each and every one of you!
I was supposed to be taking pictures of the event but spent more time chatting and being present. So again here’s the wonderful wine we served (many of you asked) as well as the folks that make our bookshops great places to be. You know who you are. ❤️

Tomorrow is the end of summer wine walk!!!

Both of our locations will be participating. This is a great opportunity to check out our new “book gallery” if you have not had the chance. It’s full of wonderful previously loved books and fine art! Does it get any better?

We will be pouring sparkling rose (perfect for this heat wave) as well as Cabernet Sauvignon.

Come visit all of your historic downtown businesses as we keep our doors open late to greet you.

Happy Friday! This means you have today and tomorrow to pick up your books for the weekend and next week. As of Saturday, 5pm, we are officially on vacation!!!
The bookshop is brimming with books! So many new books or maybe a classic (I am re-reading The Odyssey 😬-Emily Wilson’s translation ). Or maybe you head over to our “previously loved” shop for something you didn’t even know you were looking for…
And maybe, a bit of joy. 🌺
