Bows and Cheer Wear Updated Polices for 2022

Coaches, please make sure you note all changes and also new polices.

• DinkyJoy will be closed the following dates. During this time no orders will be accepted, nor will any quotes be made. Pick up during these closure dates will be limited so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

2022 closure dates: May 1-15, June 5-12, July 3-10, August 7-14, September 4-18, October 9-16, November 20-27, and December 18-March 1, 2023

• All orders are limited to 12 items per cheerleader. This includes bows. This ensures I have time to meet deadlines and limits workload. For a squad of 35 girls each ordering 12 items that’s 420 items not including coaches for one person that’s a lot.

• All quoted prices on orders are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. My suppliers only guarantee the price and availability for 30 days.

• Billing and payments are available in a couple options.
o Option 1: One invoice will be issued with all items included to the school or organization. Once the invoice is issued it must be paid within 10 business days or it will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your scheduled time.
o Option 2: Cheerleaders or individuals can make payments directly to me. I will provide an order form along with directions and options for them to pay. They would be responsible for paying by the deadline. No items will be added or ordered after the payment deadline.
o Option 3: Coaches can pay the full amount and I will issue an invoice along with a paid receipt for reimbursement from their school or organization.

• Turnaround time for all orders is 21-28 days from date payment is received. I’m sorry but my suppliers no longer guarantee shipping times, so I have to allow for delays with items getting to me.

• All rush or last-minute orders will be charged a $75.00 fee in addition to any rush shipping fees I may have to pay. Rush and last-minute orders will also be worked in depending on the current schedule. I will not accept any additional orders if it may cause current ones to be delayed.

• Senior items (bows and sashes) In the past I have given senior bows to teams free of charge if they ordered their team game bows through me. Unfortunately, with the cost of supplies going up I am forced to change that a little. Coaches can choose if they would like to receive a standard senior bow with their team order for each senior free of charge. If coaches would like they can purchase a 3D senior bow (the cap and tassel ones) for a discounted price of $10.00 per bow or the 3D bow and senior sash for $20 per senior. The senior bows and or sashes must be ordered with the team order to receive the discounted price.

• Mini Camp sets, white t shirt and ribbon bow price for the 2022 season will be $9.00 per girl plus tax. This is a $1 increase from previous years.

• Unfortunately, due to suppliers changing their polices and pricing I am no longer able to offer set package prices. If you would like me to put together a package for your team, please contact me. Please note that brand, color, sizes, and availability will affect your package price.

Additional Reminders:
• Absolutely no items will be ordered prior to the invoice being paid in full.

• Add on items from the original order are subject to an additional fee. When orders are placed all items in the order are ordered at once therefore giving a bulk discount on the price. That discount we pass on to our customers so when we must order additional items, they cost us more. Therefore, that additional cost will now be billed to the customer.

• All coaches’ items must be paid in full prior to any items being ordered. If coaches’ orders are not placed with the team order, they will be billed as add on items and subject to an additional fee.

• All credit card payments are subject to an additional 3.5% fee to cover processing fees from the processing company. This is based off the total invoice amount.

• All returned checks are subject to a $25 return check fee. If a customer has two checks returned in a calendar year no checks will be accepted for any payments.

• Shipping or delivery fees will be added to all orders under $200. Shipping will be based off the lowest and quickest shipping method. Delivery fees will be as follows $15 for within a 50-mile radius, $25 for within a 75-mile radius and $40 for anything over 75 miles.
