I haven't done this in a long while... I also haven't paint much furnature to sell the last couple of years. I need a vote... this daybed might be up for sale... or it could stay in this room. My paint choices are classic black, Putty (neutral cream) or soft blushy pink. The cream would be great against this brick wall. The pink would be so sweet to sell for a little girls room... and I just love black... it sells really well. Help me decide ☺️

This one only took 10 months to finish from the time I first put a sander to it 🤣. I even tried to give it to Habitat and Goodwill but they declined to accept it. So I thought... something is telling me I need to go ahead and give this dresser a makeover. It's not perfect. If you look close you can still see the faint scratches in the top that could not be completely filling in and the small cracks in the overly dry wood. What you won't see is the water damage all around bottom because it has been removed and a new base added. Also new hardware, paint and stain, a couple drawer runners repaired, and the dry thirsty drawer boxes waxed. It has so much life left and even though old... will still outlast any brand new Ikea dresser.
