To the Public in General:
I am the Owner and CEO of Bright Family Investments Inc, dba Fox Adder Hair Design. My business has been listed on Fresha.com as a ‘Partner’. We are not nor have we ever partnered with any third-party concierge services of any kind.

I am already part of a Class-Action suit against a similar company that uses business information found on the web to generate ‘listings’ and ‘services’ that can be booked through their website. It appears Fresha.com is offering something similar. I will not tolerate misuse of my brand, whether or not my business is active or not. I will actively pursue litigation against (you) and all of (your) subsidiaries. What (you) do hurts small business’s and the customers who use (your) service. (You) lie and cheat. You should be held accountable.

I highly suggest you, Fresha.com remove my company and all links and references from your website effective immediately. I will be following up on this.

To anyone reading this who has been affected by this company or a similar company, do your due diligence and act. Report, Research and Follow-Up.

This product is straight from the UK where if it says its organic, that means there is about 111 ingredients that CANNOT be in it.
