Our store will never be the same. Penny loved "helping" our customers pick out items in the store. She loved it when a new grill/smoker found a family to help with their outdoor cooking endeavors.

Let Penny know how much y'all loved her as she is reunited with her twin brother, Leonard, in Puppy Heaven. We love and will miss you sweet girl.

One of the biggest reasons we choose Napoleon Grills as our choice of gas/propane grills is because of our customer service as a dealer.

We had a situation where a customer purchased this grill but it was on backorder. They actually purchased it on 7/7/2026. The customer was VERY patient and I've been in communication with him since the order and checking in with our warehouse rep and keeping all the lines of communication flowing. Our customer let us know that he had a cookout planned for months on August 8th, 2026. After finding out that the grill would not be here in time, our rep told us to sell the customer the grill at the same price and they would split the difference between the upgraded Prestige 665 connected, which was $200 more with us the dealer. I jumped on that to keep a completely satisfied customer.

Napoleon customer service, both the customer and the dealers, are unmatched.

This was from Brian Doctor last week that I forgot to post! Cowboy stir fry on the old SmokeStone!!! THAT LOOKS AMAZING!!! The SmokeStone is the most underrated flattop that we sell! This thing rocks. This particular model is a special order, but SHG can hook you up, while supplies last, and they are limited. This one will feed a whole lot of people, but we carry a smaller version that I've heard from several people that they LOVE it, and it's just the right size to feed your family.
