We are very excited to announce our upcoming sale and open house! In honor of Katie's 45th birthday, we will be offering a storewide 45% discount (some exclusions apply). Join us on Friday, June 12th and Saturday, June 13th between 11 am and 5 pm to enjoy refreshments and the tranquil landscape while browsing our newly-discounted inventory.

We will be closed the week of 6/8 in order to prepare leading up to the open house. Sale dates are firm; we will not offer sale prices before or after these dates.

There is construction on Hwy 6: For those coming from the west, you may take a detour off of Hwy 6 onto Mander Road, which will take you to C.R. N 350 E. This St. Patrick's Day, we're highlighting the beauty of Irish woodworking and craftsmanship. The development of the court cupboard was closely tied to socioeconomic changes in England during the 16th and 17th centuries. This period saw wealth from trade and exploration, fueling demand for ornate furniture, which the gentry used to showcase their fortune and status. Although the popularity of court cupboards waned quickly in England, they remained popular in Ireland through the 19th century as a symbol of fine craftsmanship. Interested in any of these cupboards? Art Barn is calling all artists for our 32nd Annual Juried Art Exhibition! 🎨 Application deadline is Apr. 23, 2026. Please share with any of your artist friends or family that may be interested!

This year, we are bringing to you a panel of jurors who are both future Art Barn guest artist instructors and whose experience aligns directly with our educational mission! Juror Avon Waters is a pastel landscape artist and past president of the Indiana Plein Air Painters Association, and juror Alex Warnick is a professional watercolorist who has been featured by the National Audubon Society, The American Birding Association, and Birdwatcher’s Digest.

For over three decades, this premier regional exhibition has championed exceptional quality in visual arts across Northwest Indiana, Chicagoland, and Southwest Michigan. We seek original works in two-dimensional media and ceramics from both established and emerging artists.
