Looking at this picture, I’m reminded how fortunate I am to work every day with someone who is much more than a business partner. Mike is like a brother to me.
Our story goes back a long way. We started installing floors together out of a van back in 1998. After a couple of years, life took us in different directions and we each followed our own paths. Years later, we reunited with a shared vision and built Roca Flooring into what it is today.
We’ve been through a lot together over the years…long days, difficult challenges, tough decisions, and plenty of uncertainty. We’ve seen highs and lows, made mistakes, learned lessons, and never stopped pushing forward. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to each other, our customers, and the business we’ve built together…alongside an incredible team whose hard work, dedication, and loyalty have played a huge role in our success.
What makes me most proud isn’t just the floors we install or the projects we complete. It’s the relationships we’ve built, the trust we’ve earned, and the reputation we’ve worked so hard to create throughout our community. Every satisfied customer, every referral, and every opportunity to help transform a home reminds us why we do what we do.
Roca Flooring has come a long way from those early days, but it still feels like we’re just getting started. Our team is stronger than ever, our passion for what we do hasn’t changed, and our vision for the future has never been clearer.
