Spirited Sweets Chocolates

As summer approaches, and I prep for some big shows, I want to make sure you see a couple things that are available on my website!! Some of you may have seen me (or sampled my chocolates) at , events, .funksj , the Central California Tiki Marketplace, and other tiki gatherings. But I know a lot of folks can’t make it out to California, so I wanted to share that my tiki-inspired chocolates are available for shipping throughout the U.S.

I create tropical, tiki, and cocktail-inspired bonbons, many featuring house-made liqueurs, syrups, and infusions. Most contain a small amount of alcohol (less than 5% by weight), and any completely alcohol-free chocolates are clearly labeled “Non-Alcoholic.”

With warmer weather arriving, my shipping season gets shorter, but we’re currently in a great window for safe shipping. Every order is carefully packed with insulation and ice packs and sent via Priority Mail.

Photo 1: The collection that started it all! The “Non-invasive Bamboo” sticks are filled with my passion fruit rum caramel. The blue tiki and Tiki Bar are filled with my purple-colored ganache of Ube, shredded coconut, my Ube & coconut-infused rum and white chocolate. I call it “Tropical Treasure”

I have a six and 12 piece collections right now online that are:
6 Piece: 2 each of (Māori) “Coffee Head,” filled with my Semi sweet chocolate ganache flavored with my award winning spiced coffee liqueur. “Tropical Treasure” and my “Mambo Fruit Bowl,” (Non-Alcoholic) A blend of pineapple, passion fruit, lime and mango purees, blended into a bright white chocolate ganache with a little ginger and tumeric.

The 12 Piece sampler is 4 of each of the above flavors.

This is why my Advent/Countdown Calendar observes so many different holidays! This time of year is jam-packed with holidays around the globe, it’s so fun!

Once more, for those in the back! 😉

Finlay has organized Cool Yule Shopping Party w/DJs Otto Von Stroheim and Jon Burchard! at her shop Alibi Bookshop in Vallejo. YES, its going to be raining, BUT not inside... 😉 and I'm sure you still have more shopping to do... So the party has basically grown! Otto and Jon are STILL Djing inside the shop, and she'll have snacks and lots of amazing books + other gifties!

Now the other vendors, including myself will instead of being out in front, we'll be cozy and dry in the (amazing!) ballroom of The Odd Fellows Lodge just across the street at 342 Georgia St — we didn’t want them (or you!) to get wet, and still give everyone a chance to buy and sell something fun and local for the holidays. Oh, and the BAR IS OPEN! Free Entry, free parking!
