Hello everyone, this is Troy’s mom. He’s the one behind Honx Fishing Lures. I’m posting for him because of some recent scam messages on this page.

We’ve had a lot of people ask if Troy will be setting up his lure stand again this year. He would love to, and he has put some time into trying to get it going, but right now his schedule is full with sports, school, and his 4-H steer project.

He hopes to get back to making and painting custom lures in the future, and we will be sure to update everyone if that changes.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Troy and his small business. It has meant a lot and has been such a great experience for him. I truly appreciate the support you’ve shown him. 🎣🩵

Hey everyone. I'll be closing up my tackle stand in the next week or 2 due to the weather change. Stop by and check out what I have left.

Honx Fishing Lures will still be available year round inside Boutique 192 so stop by anytime. My tackle will make great stocking stuffers for the anglers in your life!

Two bass in two days! Bully Creek Reservoir gave me the first, but today I went full savage and hand caught this guy from my tiny creek. Definitely one of my craziest catches yet!

Got this pretty awesome note left in my logbook. Someone visiting all the way from Alaska stopped at my stand this summer! They said they use a Rapala lure like this one to catch Dolly Varden. 🎣 Pretty darn cool!

Note they left:
“Hi, visiting friends and saw your stand. We came all the way from Valdez, Alaska. I use similar Rapala lure to fish for Dolly Varden. Cool stand, love your passion. Good luck"

Oh and don't forget you can find my lures at my stand off of Elm or visit Boutique 192 in Vale and check out my space there.

🎣 Fish are biting and I’m stocked up!

I’ve been really busy with Fair, showing animals, and working on the farm, but before school starts Monday I wanted to let everyone know that my Honx Fishing Lures stand is still open and full of lures, bobbers, and tackle.

Prices are marked, and you can pay with cash in the red box or with Venmo using the QR code in the stand. You can also grab my lures in town at Boutique 192!

Thanks to everyone who’s been buying and supporting me. It means a lot! If you use my lures, send me a pic of what you catch. I’d love to see it! 🎣

Hey everyone! 🎣

I’m Troy, I’m 13, and I started Honx Fishing Lures because I’m pretty much obsessed with fishing. I’ve been out on the water since I was little, and now I’ve got my own tackle stand and some of my gear is also available at Boutique 192!

I’ll be posting updates, new gear, and some of my catches too. If you grab something from Honx and catch a fish with it, send a pic or tag the page! I’d love to see what you reel in. 🐟
