***POLICIES***
Shipping can roughly take 2-6 weeks . Such as, shoes, rain jackets, and an order of 3 or more items in one order. College season and Christmas is our most busiest time of the year and sometimes can extend the shipping for the items. Christmas season for us is usually around Sept./Oct.- December. We try our hardest to get orders printed, pulled, and shipped very quickly so please bare with us as we take the time to make your order in a timely manner. We do NOT offer refunds on monogrammed merchandise unless a mistake was made on Cover Me Cotton's behalf. We do NOT offer refunds on non monogrammed items as well. We do offer store credit on any other merchandise that does not have a monogram. We Ship out items within the 2-6 week mark from our facility, with that being said, we will not be responsible if you contact us stating you have not received your order after 45 days. Please be responsible enough to contact us if you have not received your order before the 45 day mark. We do not keep tracking numbers after 45 days. The only exception to this is the busy holiday season as sometimes the orders can extend the 6 week mark like mentioned above.
