Everyone say a little prayer for my daughter’s hedgehog Rosie. We are taking her to the vet first thing in the morning for a growth and the prognosis might not be very good. It might be her time to cross the rainbow bridge and we will be super heartbroken. Plus, this is Emma’s first pet that was all her’s so that’s always extra hard!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to for this stunning candle! I forgot to include them in my post last night and I definitely didn’t want to leave them out! Besides raising 4 kids and creating her absolutely beautiful candles, Amanda and her husband Kenton have been hard at work with their non profit .rare.love which helps NICU and rare condition families. It’s near and dear to my heart not only because I am someone that was born with a rare disease but also because my daughter was 2 months premature. If all that wasn’t reason enough to love them, Kenton has also been helping my son find an engineering job/internship. If you haven’t already, give them a follow!!!

Wow…. 50 was one for the books! It has been an extraordinary week with Mother’s Day on Sunday, my 50th birthday today and my son’s graduation from U of A tomorrow!! I can tell you, this is one happy Mama!!! There are so many people I am thankful for that made this whole week special, for not just me, but also my son. First and always…. My family. I would not be where I am today without them. They are my rock. Forever. A huge shoutout to my son for all his hard work at the U of A to graduate with a degree in electrical & computer engineering with a math minor. I am beyond proud. Thank you so much to for my special birthday banana pudding and graduation scones for my son! As always…. AMAZING!!! Thank you to for my beautiful birthday candle!!! Thank you to for always keeping my popcorn addiction fed! Thank you to for my favorite freeze dried candy! Thank you to for the amazing cactus wren print for my son! Thank you to .with.a.k for my amazing 49 + 🖕🏻birthday shirt! I’m sure I am definitely forgetting people! If so, I’m sorry. I’m old now so cut me some slack hahaha!
