🌿 Pat Flaherty and Jason Cheeseman attended the Customer Appreciation Day at Prides Corner Farms which welcomed approximately 550 attendees this year. The tour provided a firsthand look at the growing operations, including specialized crops such as boxwood, ornamental grasses, and arborvitae, as well as the staging and preparation of plant material for shipment. The day also featured educational seminars, key suppliers, new varieties, and plenty of opportunities to connect with others in the industry. Prides Corner Farms is a Master Nursery Graduated Green Goods Discount Vendor.

🌿 Jason Cheeseman visited Canterbury Horticulture in Canterbury, Connecticut, where he toured the nursery with Todd Burnett (owner), Jeremy Webber (sales manager), and Mike Mocek (grower). Highlights included impressive Kalmia and Pieris, along with Rhododendrons, Chamaecyparis ‘Mops,’ Caryopteris ‘Dark Knight,’ Fothergilla ‘Mt. Airy,’ and new 7-gallon fruit trees for next season.

🌿 Curt Alverson visited Ingleside Nurseries in Oak Grove, Virginia, with Ingleside’s Eric McKenney.
