Looks like we’re going to be doing a switcheroo for more repairs out of my booth. In my mind, there was a wrestling match with some keys on top my furniture? Or was it two customers fighting over some great milk glass? Love to hear what your imagination thinks happened!

I hadn’t finished this top because I just knew I’d be wasting time and paint. Then I chipped the corner and took that as a sign to just start the top over. Sometimes refinishing goes sideways and we can all learn from it. 🤓🤷‍♀️.

This buffet is officially done, again! 😜. After it was damaged in store I had to bring it back to my shop to repair it and also make some changes to the color and hardware. Hopefully it finds a new home soon!

I started working on a buffet with a simple cleaning, wipe down and then sanding for the top. Gradually increasing the sandpaper grit will help prevent swirl marks and give you a nice surface to work to out your finish on.
